गाँठ रहित बाँसुरी मधुर सुर मन को खूब भावे,

गया मुरलीधर छोड़ पीछे अपने वचन अनमोल,

धोके मैल मन की गाँठ खोल बोल मीठे बोल।

औ इक चम्मच चाँदनी,
कुछ बादल उम्मीद के, 
कि बस इक टुकड़ा चाँद का
गुजर जाये पूरी रात,
सुबह फिर सूरज के साथ 
हाजिर हो गई 
एक नयी मसरूफियत लिए साथ।

मैं लफ़्ज़, तू नज़्म .....

मैं लफ़्ज़, तू नज़्म, मै बूँद, तू समुन्दर,

मैं तुझमें समाया, मैं रहता तेरे ही अन्दर,

मेरे होने या न होने की बात न तू कर,

पहचान मिली मुझे, तुझ में ही खोकर,

मै वर्णमाला, तरन्नुम से तुमने है जोड़ा,

अर्थ देकर तुमने, जीवन रूख है मोड़ा,

करके अलग मुझे, तूने अपने दामन से,

मोती बनाया, मिलाकर सीपी आनन से,

रूप पाया मैंने, भावों मे बन रस कविता,

बहता हूँ प्रेमी दिलों मे बन प्रेम सरिता,

गूँथ दानों दानों में बन जाता हूँ मै माला,

बिछुड़ तुझसे, देता हूँ मै सौन्दर्य निराला,

अक्षर जब जुड़ते है तो बनते हैं विचार,

सोच बन मोती सा करते सबका श्रृंगार,

जीवन वही जिया जिसने सीखा खोना,

वजूद मिटा बाँट ख़ुशी सीखा मुस्कुराना,

#अनकही_स्मृतियाँ

क्यूँ मुंतजिर हो बारिश की इस बेवजह से मौसम में,

कभी एक बार मेरी आँखों से भी गुजर कर देखो,

वो स्याही जाया करते है गज़ल ए बेवफाई से,

चुन कर लफ्ज़ बयाँ करते हैं वो दर्द ए दास्ताँ अपनी,

कहते हैं बखूबी बातें पोशीदा बडे नक्काश हर्फों में,

पर ना होंगे ज़ियादा जज्बाती मेरे बयान ए चश्मों से,

क्यूँ खोजते फिरते हो *महवश* तुम खामोश झीलों में,

कभी इक रोज़ चुपके से इन आँखों में उतर कर देखो,

दावा है कि भूलोगे बेचैनियाँ इस सारे आलम की,

होगे वाकिफ़ मेरी मोहब्बत की पाकीजगी से।

अनकही_स्मृतियाँ

जानते हो एहसास क्या है
कभी पनघट पे होते सूर्योदय में 
दरिया को सुनहला और रूपहला गोटा
लगाकर श्रंगार करते देखना
कभी कुछ देर खामोशी से 
दूर दरख्त की छांव से 
सरि को भाप का दुपट्टा ओढ़े सोते देख
श्रांत पथिक की गहन निद्रा महसूस करना
कभी नीले कल कल जल में
डूबती शाम के साथ
तट पर टकराती लहरों के आंचल में
स्वंय को अविरल बहने देना 
या पूर्ण रजनीश को रजनी में देख
समुद्र का उन्मादित होना 
और हौले से लहरों का 
तुम्हारे मन मानस से अठखेलियां करना
हाँ शायद इन्ही पलों में कैद होकर
समेटे हुए कुछ मुक्ति भरे क्षणों में
फिर न रहे कोई इच्छा और अभिलाषा
हाँ, यही तो एहसास है जो मुझे तृप्त करता है।

शब्दों को मोक्ष नही मिलता,
वो बहते हैं शाश्वत भाव से,
इनको अग्नि नहीं जला सकती,
ना ही समुद्र खुद में समेट सकता है,
यह तो फैलते हैं जंगली बेल की तरह,
भावनाओं की उर्वरता पाकर खिलते हैं,
कभी कविता से नम, कभी लेख से परिपक्व,
कभी उत्तेजित, उग्र, हिंसक, कभी निर्मल सी स्मित
दिल की धरती पर, अश्रु का जल लेकर, 
यह अवरुद्ध नही मरू से और ना ही चट्टानों से,
आशाएँ निराशाओं के झूले में झूलते रहते हैं,
अस्तित्व जख्मी होने पर भी ये जीवित रहते हैं,
यह नश्वर हैं, मिट नहीं सकते,
एक वरदान कभी, कभी अभिशप्त भी,
बदलते हैं अपनी काया के साथ साथ आत्मा को,
ये साक्षी हैं सदियों से सृजन के विनाश के,
स्थायित्व के और परिवर्तन के,
कभी उपस्थित हैं अनुभुतियों के घने अंधेरों में 
कभी गुम हैं कठिन परिस्थितियों में,
यह मोक्ष के हकदार नहीं और इच्छित भी नही,
भोग रहे हैं अमरतव के श्राप को और
जीते हैं अश्वत्थामा को क्योंकि 
मृत्यु इन्हें लब्ध नहीं।
